For Stage 2 Construction, the north side of East Washington Avenue from Thornton Avenue to First Street is CLOSED.  The sidewalk on the south side of East Washington Avenue is OPEN.

A signalized crossing of East Washington Avenue will be maintained at Fourth Street where there is no construction activity.

A signalized crossing of East Washington Avenue will be maintained at First Street under construction.

Alternative Corridors include:

• Mifflin Street to Fourth Street.

• Mifflin Street to North First Street.
