Segment Three Construction Schedule

Stage 1 (March 12th - End of March)
East Washington Avenue - construct temporary pavement, temporary signals, sanitary sewer crossing at Johnson Street, and construct water main crossing at McCormick Avenue

Stage 2 (April - Mid June)
East Washington Avenue - construction of outbound lanes and half of Starkweather Creek Bridge
Starkweather Creek Bike Path - work on south half between Darbo Drive and East Washington Avenue

Stage 2A (Mid June - Late June)
East Washington Avenue - construction of outbound lanes
Starkweather Creek Bike Path - work on south half between Darbo Drive and East Washington Avenue

Stage 3 (Late June)
East Washington Avenue - median construction

Stage 3A (July)
East Washington Avenue - median construction and construction of inbound lanes

Stage 4 (Early August - Mid August)
East Washington Avenue - construction of inbound lanes
Starkweather Creek Bike Path - work on north half between East Washington Avenue and Commercial Avenue

Stage 4A (September - October)
East Washington Avenue - finish inbound lanes and inbound half of Starkweather Creek Bridge
Starkweather Creek Bike Path - finish work on north half between East Washington Avenue and Commercial Avenue

Stage 5 (November)
East Washington Avenue - median construction (Fifth Street to McCormick Avenue)
Starkweather Creek Bike Path - erect prefabricated steel truss across East Washington Avenue

Roadway anticipated to be opened early December, but work not completed

Stage 6 (Spring 2008)
Median streetscaping; plant trees, shrubs and perennials; install final pavement marking
